Jenna and Derek had a beautiful wedding day at the Mahaffey Theater. "It all started at good old UCF in Orlando in 2010. There was a fancy young lady named Jenna, and she worked at Tivoli Apartments across from the UCF campus. The entire baseball team lived there, including a nice young lad named Derek. The two lived at Tivoli for an entire year before crossing paths. Through acquaintances and friends, the two became to know each other well, and the rest is history. With many crazy college nights, Derek chasing his dream to play pro ball, 2 years of a long distance relationship, and a big move from Florida to Michigan, Jenna and Derek have been handed their fair share of obstacles and have never been stronger! Best Friends, honest love, and lots of ice cream :) In her work clothes and day old make up on, Jenna and Derek started the drive to Chicago. 2.5 hours later, they arrived, parked, and started walking to a "restaurant" that Derek claimed to have made a reservation. Things got weird. Derek insisted on holding Jenna's hand the ENTIRE long walk, the walk was leading to the water, Derek had an awkward smirk on his face, and then there was the repeatedly 'I love you so much' from Derek. As the pair walked through a park on the coast of Lake Michigan, Derek stopped Jenna and said 'I didn't just bring you here for the view.' Jenna couldn't help but laugh at the cheesy line, but before she could, Derek was down on one knee with a red box opening to expose a gorgeous diamond ring! He even hired photographers to capture the precious moment. Friends joined us later and we had the BEST weekend in Chicago!" Friends and family then joined these two in St. Petersburg, FL for a lovely wedding day celebration! It was great to work with these two, congrats to the newlyweds!!! :)
