Jenna + Raghav Step Into The Limelight | Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay + Rusty Pelican | Tampa, FL

Raghav and Jenna met through a mutual friend, Ally, who introduced them at Howl-o-scream Busch Gardens in 2010. They went to different schools, Jenna was in ninth grade and he was in tenth. They connected quickly and became best of friends, and started dating shortly after.

Together they love exploring new places and restaurants, both locally and while traveling. They also love cooking together and spending time with their cat, Summer.

Raghav: “I love how smart and sweet Jenna is, and how she always looks after me and our cat, Summer.”

Jenna: “I love how intelligent and driven Raghav is, yet how he can be so lighthearted and encourages me to relax and open up.”

Raghav had his uncle, who lives nearby in Miami, text Jenna to invite them to dinner at a nice restaurant in the area. Raghav normally doesn’t take Jenna to fancy restaurants, so she would’ve been suspicious otherwise! They got to the restaurant and after getting drinks while they waited for his uncle, Raghav excused himself to the restroom. He called Jenna and told her he found a cute spot to finish their drinks while they waited. Jenna went over, and it was a nice private area overlooking the water.  They chatted for a bit and out of no where, he proposed! He coordinated for a local photographer to be lingering in the area so he could capture the moment with pictures and video.

They chose both locations because they encompass the beauty of Florida with spectacular views of the Bay.

Jenna chose the white dress that she did because it has beautiful lace details, and the train is sort of mermaid-y which is perfect for a waterside wedding. The rest of the outfits (Indian outfits and groom’s American outfit) are traditional wedding attire that they feel comfortable in.

The first day of celebrations were at the Rusty Pelican. This was a a simple, Florida themed (waterfront), tasteful affair. The next day continued at with a floral, elaborate, elegant celebration at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay.

This sweet couple really enjoyed getting all dressed up and having all their loved ones in one place.

Congratulations Jenna and Raghav!
