They drove up to CT for Christmas to surprise their family. Little did she know, Ben had something else planned. After everyone opened their presents Ben brought out a box and said “this is for everybody”. In the box was a cable to plug into the TV and a card saying “plug me in”. They plugged it in and a video started to play. It was a slideshow of all the pictures they took together in the past 5 years, and steps on falling in love. At the end was a picture of Ben holding a sign saying “will you marry me” and he was down on one knee in front of Rachel. WOWZA! All the feels!

They are both caring to one another, Rachel knows he would move mountains for her if she asked. They have each others backs through everything. Rachel also loves how goofy they can be with each other. They can be themselves 100% of the time. They bring out the best in each other. Ben always says that Rachel makes him a better man.

Rachel & Ben like going to the movies, they like to try new things, like going to a new restaurant or trying a new activity. They tried Top Golf and it was so much fun even thought neither of them are golfers. They also like to go to the beach with their dog Mort.

For their wedding they wanted to find a location that was simple but had a wow factor. With Opal Sands Resort, it was the view. It fit perfectly with what Rachel was going for. They didn't want to have a beach wedding but wanted that ocean as the backdrop. Opal Sands Resort was perfect for that. They wanted a simple and elegant feel, not too over the top with everything. Rachel wanted a simple dress, but added a belt to make it pop. With florals Rachel wanted to do very romantic and tasteful.

Rachel wanted to live in the moment and have gorgeous images to look back on… we just loved how they took in the day and allowed it to just flow naturally, it was intimate and purposeful with touches of class and so much LOVE to go around.

Mary & Brent Step Into The Limelight | Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa | Clearwater Beach, FL

Mary and Brent had always wanted to have a beach wedding. With enough effort and planning, Mary and Brent had their dream wedding at the Hilton Clearwater Beach. The two got ready at the Hilton and wanted to do a first touch before the ceremony which was the sweetest moment early in the day. It was time for the ceremony and just like they wanted, it happened on the beach, under a bamboo and floral wedding arch. The couple said their I-Do’s and it was off to party! A tent was located right by the beach which held their reception. This would give them and their guest the full beach experience. String lights lit the reception area and love and happiness filled the area. It was truly an amazing event filled with laughs and pure joy. Congratulations to the newlyweds!!!

Liana + Mike Step Into The Limelight | Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa | Clearwater, FL

Liana and Mike had an amazing wedding at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa. I had the privilege of meeting this lovely couple a few months prior when we took engagement photos at Sandy Beach. They were so much fun and so lively together, it truly was a great time for all of us! The wedding day finally arrived and both Mike and Liana along with their friends and family were more than excited for the big day. Mike and Liana said their I-Do’s on the terrace which overlooked the water. The weather was PERFECT and their ceremony space was beautifully decorated with white chairs, floral arrangements at the front and on the chairs - classic and elegant!

The reception that followed was just as beautiful with purple up-lit walls, white roses and green foliage center pieces and a cake which had two seahorse right at the top to give it just the right amount of ocean flair. To end the night full of happy moments, the couple had a nice streamer sendoff with all their guests surrounding them. It was pretty neat and a night to remember.

Marissa + Bryce Step Into The Limelight | Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa | Clearwater Beach, FL

Marissa and Bryce met in 2012 when Bryce transferred to her workplace. Marissa immediately loved how Bryce had the ability to make her laugh even when she may have had a very terrible day. Besides being hilarious, Bryce has always been so kind and loving with her. Bryce feels like he can always be himself around Marissa, which is so important to him because he tends to joke around a lot. He loves everything about Marissa and her company. Marissa and Bryce enjoy going to the drag racing track, binge watching Netflix, playing video games, and playing with their dogs together.

In 2018, Bryce proposed to Marissa on their yearly ski trip. Every year they travel to the mountains in North Carolina, so nothing was out of the ordinary. As they were skiing down the mountain, Bryce asked her to stop halfway down. She thought they were going to take a picture, but instead Bryce proposed!

Marissa and Bryce were married at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa’s 16th floor sky terrace overlooking the beautiful view of Clearwater Beach and surrounded by their loved ones.

Congratulations Marissa and Bryce, may your days be filled with enormous amounts of love and laughter!
